The NOC and support operator is responsible for 24x7 monitoring, troubleshooting and remediation of Dojo's cloud based platform and it's customers. the NOC is responsible for all the company critical infrastructure and acts as mediator between customer support and R&D. 


  • Consumer IT knowledge (PC, Smart phones, tablets, Wi-Fi router etc.)
  •  Basic network technology knowledge (TCP/IP, HTTP)
  •  basic IT troubleshooting capabilities (configuration, functionality, setup)
  • Service orientation
  • Excellent communication skills in English
  • available for Work in shifts several times a week (24x7 operations)  


  • Computer science /Information system Student -  2 years remaining to graduate
  • Fluent English
  • Good communication skills and problem-solving capabilities
  • Computer networking Certification 
  • previous experience in similar job
